The work culture used to be good with focus on employee well being & growth.

Dislikes

The company is in a very bad shape currently. There are no new projects for last 2 years,no appraisals/hike have been given for last 3 years,no growth opportunities.the management does not communicate with the team,no feedback is given to employees. All the management folks r old & out of sync with the latest developments in the market.most of them do not even come to office & have minimal interaction with their direct reportees.no vision is being given to the employees about the future path & they r now in the process of slowing reducing the work force assuming the market would not come to know.all the good technical folks have already left the company & there r no good folks to deliver important projects. There have been many blunders in the past related to project delivery which resulted in negative margins for the company.the mortgage product which they built, has failed to pick up & has led to loss of resources & money. Off late most people in the company are on bench & have not worked on any project.All over the future of the company & it's employees looks bleak....Read More

I was working as a Test Manager & have worked in various domains like mortgage,trading,e com,big data & mobile for the last 15 years.I have already 30+ rpojects in my tenure at Tavant, which included development & maintenance projects.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
