People here are dumb. Very less technical growth. Too much politics. They force for WHO. Less/No appraisal even during promotion. Very less annual appraisal. HR policies are really bad. Non-technical managers. Micromanagement, 2-3 managers in one project.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike every year.

Work Details

My overall experience in Tavant is very good. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
