Everything is awesome You get enough challenges, There are so many ways to learn and get certification done Managers are supportive and understanding

If you are going through third party payroll, make sure you will get the salary matched at the time they make you permanent I had to loose my job because company didn't agree to give increment with regularisation, they didn't even agree to match the same package, It was heartbreaking, I don't want to leave this company, but will have to, due to salary

Independent decision making. Client interaction even for freshers.

People here are dumb. Very less technical growth. Too much politics. They force for WHO. Less/No appraisal even during promotion. Very less annual appraisal. HR policies are really bad. Non-technical managers. Micromanagement, 2-3 managers in one project.

People work accordingly with their egos, nobody cares what customer wants, as long as you can fill pms ego, you can survive. I can prove this with my long run. But then, it's not worth anymore. Like people say, sometimes, when bad things are happening you have to be a mute spectator so that, they don't get a chance to learn

Worst work life balance, Unsupportive Project Manager, Unrealistic Project Deadlines and expectations, Work flexibility is only for them to show in papers. They force you to visit office even though going there will be a wastage of time and money.

I love tavant technology work culture and work life balance and all supportive managers and colleagues. It is best campany for all female associates. The campany environment and office and food everything is awesome. Best campany as I worked.
