Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage employee life cycle activities such as onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  
• Maintain accurate records of employee data, including attendance tracking and leave management.
  
• Provide support to employees during probationary period by conducting regular check-ins and addressing concerns.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to HR operations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in an HR Operations role or similar function.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
  
• Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefits administration.
