Shift-US Shift(5:00 PM-2:00 AM)
Mode- Hybrid
Note- US Market & Either BFSI or Manufacturing domain exp is required.
Role & responsibilities
1. This position requires a flair for conversation and a persuasive and collaborative demeanor in engaging the prospect to determine current and future needs. Prior lead generation and inside-sales experience preferably from USA market would be a key factor. Experience in service sales would be an advantage.
2. Understanding Product and Services Sales
3. Understanding of business decision sales cycles and the sales process
4. Understands account teams' strategy and objectives
5. Update knowledge of customers product line and service offerings, current products and technologies
6. Calling up the USA to Qualify / Shortlist the Potential Clients.
7. Experience in presales of high value products / services, preferably in consulting, high end IT products, services through telephone, mails etc.
8. Must have experience selling through telephone specially in US market.
9. Align with Marketing, pre-sales and delivery team and run digital/e-campaign for lead generation and market reach.
10. Maintain and expand database of prospects.
11. Ability to present and demo will be an added advantage.
