- Learning new technology and growth - If you have good project then increment will be good. - Bonds if you want to stay longer term (Incase you have good Project).

Dislikes

- Culture - Not given time to employees for settle in new technology.( If you can't work in new technology for the first time and still they except that you need to work like other who already working on tech stack.) - Increment is also based on your project. - Bonds - Politics will be played by higher authorities.

Dislikes

The seniors are not discuss the lack of employees on thier face, just decided to throw out that particular employee by disscusing mutually with project manager. Its better to discuss with employee to improve the skills where he or she lacks instead of to do so.

Work Details

Company provides great environment to grow up but Management should one to one with every employee in a year. So each and every employee's voice reached to management.
