Poor management. Senior take credit of juniors work. Lots of office politics. If you want to work here be independent, don't expect any help from anybody. You should be clear about your goals. Salary increment happens after every 3 year's without fail.

Very frustrated environment and zero job security. Even tata motors employees are very rude to tata technologies. Even in the year of 24 tata technologies not given increment to employees.
