Biased Bell Curve, You will never get promoted if your department strength is high. Because the chance of promotion at every 3rd year will be less due to monopolistic approach of selecting cut offs. I haven't even selected at 11, where as per offer letter, 11 is the minimum cut offs. But again biasing does everything.

(Policy , Well Being Program and etc are available and executed but real required support is not provided) Reason: Huge Age Gap between Managers and Reportee which leads to dissatisfaction in both and particularly reportee. Tata Power has very good job security which means employee stay here for long even if employee performance is poor or border line mediocre.
