1. Toxic Work Place - Age Gap b/w Reportee and Manager. 2. Poor Support of HR wrt Work Place Conflicts or Mental Health Issue due to Toxic Work Place. (Policy , Well Being Program and etc are available and executed but real required support is not provided) Reason: Huge Age Gap between Managers and Reportee which leads to dissatisfaction in both and particularly reportee. Tata Power has very good job security which means employee stay here for long even if employee performance is poor or border line mediocre. Elder employees are in Head or Managerial position who hesitate to accept new working culture. Engineering Graduates - Fresher are way smarter and come up with certain expectations however this turn toxic when old ideas or work culture are mandated to follow by their manager or Head. Although Leadership is good but culture is not driven till bottom.
