The management who handles the team they are not good and they always give you different job to do which is not under your domain/skills. You can't grow your skills under the current management.

I am a BTech biomedical engineer. I have been working in a medical device regulatory affairs sector for service based company for the last 2.8 years.The overall experience is the same as it is my first company and job. I do want to switch jobs for better pay and opportunities. My current package is around 5 LPA CTC. I have dependencies on me as I'm the only earning member of my family of 4 Any suggestions or tips on career growth opportunities? recently I feel kind of stagnant at this job.
