Very good platform to grow in career. Amazing working culture. Bosses & teammates are very cooperative here. Organisation is giving lot of facilities to employees. Take home salary amount is good as not much deductions on Gross. Glad to part of TCTS.

Comparatively better. But my job role requires to be available all the time due to multiple job responsibilities as I'm reporting to Very Senior Managers.

Don't Expect promotions and appraisal. If you are good a** licker then you will get the promotions & appraisal. When appraisal came then manager & other senior managers started crying, your's Quality is not good, please maintain ODC time bla bla bla etc etc etc. TCTS having Worst Cafeteria & seen in my life. You have to purchase your own cup to drink tea & coffee. After that Wash it yourself.

Nothing is better here . Short term project available. After project finished. They remove the employee now a days. There is no scope in telecom and tata communications . No job stability
