Before pregnancy ( 3yrs from my joining) it was really good. Work, People, culture everything. Post pregnancy it was very difficult.

Dislikes

Post pregnancy ( after a break of 84 days), it was difficult. My profile was handed over to someone else. I was work less for few days. Management did not support me in good terms. They started keeping watch on me. My in time. My going time. My day utilization and all. It was very inconvenient. So I had to leave TATA Aia life.
