Dislikes

There could have been better appraisal cycles as well as promotion opportunities, which are currently lacking. A bit of more transparency from the Management would help in understanding the reasons behind the decision taken.

Joined here as a junior developer last year, have got a lot of learning from my seniors, they are nice and teach so many things. I have got chance to develop my skills, and the office is fun and lot of good communications with everyone. I like to work in office and get chance to learn from mentors who are always available to assist. good company.

I have seen Tartan evolving in the last few years through various ups and downs in the last couple of years. As happens with every early stage startup, there were multiple issues and challenges in the beginning. But in the last 1 year, the company has evolved tremendously through multiple challenges, and has become more mature withbetter processes, good hiring, more people-centric culture. Dislikes

Some basic issues definitely, but with better leadership hiring, I think its getting solved. Nothing big to highlight. Its a goo culture now, and people in general seem to be a lot happier and productive than before.

Good team members in the Engineering team. Lot to learn from the CTO if you are willing to. Overall, barring a few issues, things are mostly good here.

I used to work here till early this year. Have seen quite a few ups and downs this company has gone through. Writing this review on request, and I don't mind doing it, given that Tartan has grown well in the last few months. I had good relations with the team, and got chance to make a difference, in spite of the multiple battlefronts.

Dislikes

There were quite a few things that could have been better during my time. However, I have heard from a few current employees that the HR policies have become quite better than the last year, culture is good now, and the team is quite settled. I am happy to hear that, and wish a lot of success to the company on its path of growth.

Appraisals were not good for senior employees this year, benefits are less, expectation to work from office.
