-Managers are very rude and behaves very badly with employees. -Most of the managers dont have technical knowledge. Company is worst there is no career growth here there are many points first things they do not treat you as an employee they treat as you are working under them (labour) second they will not allow mobiles if in case in any emergency if you use your mobile in between working hours they will not send you to the break third thing breaks the breaks are like 1st break is for 15 min and the second break is for 25 min, how a person can eat in 25 min without getting health issues . Worst adminstration by TAO🤬, Because management is similar to school management CEO is a director ,HR's are board members,manager is a principal, project manager's are class teachers, mentor's are class leaders and production engineer's are students. There are two brekes in hole shift first break (15 min) the second (Lunch)break (25 min) If you want leave take permission from class teachers, if they didn't give u must come school (office). The increments and incentives are didn't come timely. zero benifits. They didn't allow any kind of your belongings including water bottle 😀.
