Everything is good about the company, my colleagues and my boss. Theres alot that i have learnt i never thought that i would ever be removed from the company where i was so much appreciated for my work, But theres one point that has really put me down sometimes each individual makes mistake while working but that doesn't mean that you will lay off the Staff without even giving a second chance. I accepted my mistake and they should have atleast given me a second chance. What they did is just that they asked my manager to call me up and say that because of the mistake that you made you have been laid off from the company when i asked him that atleast you all could have given a second chance, not even sir nd maam speak to me the answer was that this is the decision taken by them. This was the thing that shook me. They knew about how badly i wanted the job coz i am the only one who has to look after my cancer patient mom and the house. I texted them saying sorry but they ignored my msgs by just seeing it. I know and i accept that i had made a mistake but after this what thay have done is a mistake bigger than what i did. I had a lot of respect for them but i dont know that why they didn't even bother to call me up and ask that y did u do this. I cant even call them in front of my mom as she will become curious to what happened. The thing that i dislike abt the company is that they never give a person second chance and make people jobless in the time of need.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Dislikes

No career growth. Lack of support from the boss. Favourism and internal politics. All in all not a place to work peacefully at all.
