Salary comes on time, work environment is good. You can learn a lot. But if you atr becoming more familiar at this olace with your boss and co. boss then your countdown has been started.

Dislikes

You are getting a few in learning and no complete training. It's a very small startup so can't expect career growth. They will not give you travel allowance very hard shift timing. Owner is a great politician..if you arr working their then do forget your family. Work environment is not well balanced and more important is that you will not get to know your designation and work role because it always changes as like they changes company terms and conditions in every week....Read More

a senior consultant

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
