Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

There is nothing good in the company...Hr deepesh is totally waste...he only depends on manager... There is no proper work culture...harassment happened in 2023 July month but they hided ..polices cases happened

Mahendran is totally waste...his regular duty is just walking in floor, visiting toilets offen and watching mobile in his cabin.. There is no work culture here...

Waste of time to attend interviews here. I recently attend interview here. Interview went good i have answered all the questions. In Hr discussion they offering very less package even less what am getting current package. I travelled to chennai from my hometown for face 2 face interview they wasted my time and money my experience was very bad in this company
