Pathetic organisation I would say. There is no positive one can think of: 1. Salary never gets credited on time. May take 2-3 months or even more. One has to remind management everytime that they have forgotten if there is something called salary that the employees deserve. 2. No financial growth ( now employees doubt if this company knows anything about financial growth). 3. No performance bonus 4. Nothing like insurance , medical benefit etc. And despite all that management wants people to deliver quality (without all the above), spend their all time working for this company. Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
