Pathetic organisation I would say. There is no positive one can think of: 1. Salary never gets credited on time. May take 2-3 months or even more. One has to remind management everytime that they have forgotten if there is something called salary that the employees deserve. 2. No financial growth ( now employees doubt if this company knows anything about financial growth). 3. No performance bonus 4. Nothing like insurance , medical benefit etc. And despite all that management wants people to deliver quality (without all the above), spend their all time working for this company.
