It is a staffing agency, primarily Time and money based projects, ceo is desparate for IPO listing. Because of which they are in optimizing operations cost, so anyone on bench for few days, they are releasing them, irrespective person was working on projects for 3 years or more... If nothing in hand, join Synechron else better to avoid.

Full clients centric company, if you have done 99 good things they won't appreciate but one negative feedback from client and you are finished. Pathetic. Synechron appreciate and consider person who work hard and is sincere with work and attitude also management is also good. And never let their key resources to leave company. Here work life balance is good.

At some point hike get decreased and during appraisal cycle project are completed and no task in hand..so less hike expected, but that's fine.
