No internal growth plan. 5. 3 days work from office for people staffed in project and all days in the week for people in bench.

No job security. I was on bench for 2 months and later they called and asked to resign. It's like indirect layoff. The opportunities provided in bench period are for name sake.

At some point hike get decreased and during appraisal cycle project are completed and no task in hand..so less hike expected, but that's fine.
