Don't join synechron technology.lots of hire and fire happened. And they only have 45 days of bench period and nobody will help you to find another project once you on bench ..

Synechechron doesn't have it own project. They deploy to client side so it depends if you are lucky enough you will get good technology . most of the time client give dump work to contractor because they don't want to make dependency.

1. Hike average 2. Client is super priority so never listen to employee concern 3. No role of management behave like now you need to keep client happy 4. No process and polices 5. No co-ordination between client and parent organization 6. If client behaving inhuman then even listen concern 7. With me my client has harrased me on which synechron doesn't have any stand and was not ready to release me from my project. Not good hike No hike on promotions No chance of change in work once you tagged with a client No 360 degree feed back culture Terrible bench policy. For senior resources, Once you release from project, in next one month they give 3 months basic salary and ask for resignation. Bench is only for juniors. Synechron appreciate and consider person who work hard and is sincere with work and attitude also management is also good. And never let their key resources to leave company. Here work life balance is good.
