No leaves. No life. They treat you like machines. No time to even breathe in between calls. Csr dept is the worst you can work for. The management doesnt care about you. They even make you lie on the great place to work awards survey. Do join synchrony if you have no self respect. They won't even relieve you immediately when requesting on health issues basis.

I worked synchrony for 2years, I have put down my papers and wanted to take back but the managers politics is not good, managers in synchrony are way to rude to the employees. And the worst part of the company is they don’t take the ex employees again.
