I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Salary is not given on time. No job security when apraisal cycle is come company is fired you. Company also posted his USA address in Google but it was fake. HR also is not good even company CEO and president is also involved in every project. If you did silly mistakes development releated some part from your salary is deducted.
