1) Time Management issue. 2) Un-necessary dependencies and overload on employees. 3) Integrity issue (MD to Employees) 4) In the name of Reward and Recognition.. It is great experience working with Symansys, work culture is too good and every teammates is very supportive. Company is working with 4 domains so we all have option to learn new skills in training time. I have completed 1 year and my journey with symansys is very good. Learning under leaders that is the best part of my 1 year.
