The important and a good thing about this company was they gave us a full authority to take a decision on production line. But also the bad thing was they didn't appreciate us. Yes team mates are good to work. Considering the work salary is not satisfied. Overall to learn about the foundry this company is best to teach.

Dislikes

No culture is developed yet. Top people of this company are so irrited. They dont even in condition to listen our point if we did any mistake while work. This thing really has to change.

Work Details

Actually I was selected for melting supervisor but in the start of 2 months I was working in development department as a design engineer. But after the 2 month the put me to the production line where I was the melting supervisor. Overall good experienced

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
