There is nothing that is acceptable for a Software developer. But if you are a part of management then you will get lots of benefit. Only accountants are the member of the management.

Dislikes

An Engineer are leading by an Accountant. Manager is not professional and BOSS from New Zealand is so democratic in front of you but behind you he is dangerous than an autocrats. I can say both are cheap and cheat. There is not possibility of growth in the software development as you work as a 4D developer only. Management gives youtreat but before that they treat you as a beggar. Office politics is so worst, only self-seeker employee can get the most of the benefits. There is no work life balance, work time is very strict. It is a micro-management company, if you are developer.
