Does not support anything to the customer. And the staff also gives very wrong information to the customer so the bank has a very high NPA and it puts a lot of strain on everything else. The rest are just weird, accepting vacations very late and possibly not giving vacations at all. Incentives and traveling never match what is said. Incentives are very low.

Login to sanction ratio is 9:1 if you logiin 10 files, 9 will be rejected and 1 will be sanctioned after 2-3 months of login. Boss is from CASA background he doesn't know A for apple from housing department. He's so called KHAS of MD hence he's in the company.
