Good work environment and culture. But there is lot of politics

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Salary is disbursed but delayed... thankful to SEMPL to provide salary during lockdown.

Dislikes

Growth is very slow, no good support is provided from higher authorities. Work speed is very slow, some responsive people in company. Account department is very weak. A lot of delays in disbursement of Salary nd other expenses.

Director was so good and team was supporting but HR was too rude and unprofessional.

Dislikes

Too much internal politics by HR and accounts department, HR was so rude to employees. Expanses never clear timely, they can fire you without any reason. Forgot about increment they never do, untill you didn't resigned.
