The work environment at the company is very good with all the employees being quite welcoming and friendly. Great management team who interact with all employees and are focused on achieving the same goals. Great cohesion between different departments leading to work being done well and on time.

Dislikes

6 day work week which limits an employees personal time. Couldn't think of anything else to dislike.

Nothing much Only likabale thing is as I'm in a govt project under this company payroll so salary comparatively a little higher as per govt rules.

Travel allowance not given though mention in the offer letter 2 month notice period No fixed office hours almost regular 10 hours needed though no overtime No overtime Monthly no fixed duty sometimes with 5 holidays and other festival holidays also you have to work like 26-27 days No bonus
