Extremely toxic work culture. Practice of hiring people during high work volume in the June-July season for permanent positions and laying them off on false pretexts during December-January holiday season. Along with wrongful termination, they try to cheat workers by refusing to give a rightfully deserved notice period. Only when thr eatened with legal action, they do the right thing. Extremely toxic work culture. Some team members have formed a group with the upper management of the department and they off load their work on newcomers in the same position. Also, rampant workplace bullying and harassment with no intervention from anyone in the management. First of all if you ever feel confused on this company whether to join, its a red flag. They will give some useless assignment for timepass and will fool you weeks and weeks and then after so much mailing reply will come no. Not selected I mean it hardly takes 2-3 days to update. They will waste your as they have many more such fool candidates who trust them. I have same experience twice.Never ever waste your precious time to such useless fools. To be frank, there wasn't any specific factor. Nothing motivating or good there. I can't blatantly lie and praise for any reason, like some who have written fake reviews. I cannot be bribed to write fake reviews. No Way!!!

So many things. This company has really high attrition rate. Nothing good can happen there. Obviously, no work life balance. Your quality of work won't increase in any case. I guarantee that! Only your typing speed is going to increase really well. You will realize this fact once you exit the company and go for other interviews. Fra nkly, you will not have any extraordinary skills. I will never ever recommend this office to somebody genuinely trying to make a good career in content writing. But, yes, if you have no other choice, and need a job at any cost, then you should join. Also, get ready to butter "important" people. This is mandatory. You will realize this slowly. Everybody uses this tactic there.
