There is nothing to like about suntec. Its the worst company, worst work culture, pathetic management. The lady team lead in the company is so pathetic and harrass team mates and make foul comments

Extremely toxic work culture. Practice of hiring people during high work volume in the June-July season for permanent positions and laying them off on false pretexts during December-January holiday season. Along with wrongful termination, they try to cheat workers by refusing to give a rightfully deserved notice period. Only when threatened with legal action, they do the right thing. Extremely toxic work culture. Some team members have formed a group with the upper management of the department and they off load their work on newcomers in the same position. Also, rampant workplace bullying and harassment with no intervention from anyone in the management.
