It’s the best company to start your career. Work environment is good as comparision to other companies.

Only thing I do not like is the salary structure. New hires are getting paid good while vintage employees who deserves more are getting less.

Politics is there. I worked for Group retirement service team and there was a lot of politics within the department. Biasness , favourtism was on peak. My tl was a lady and she is very rude and annoying. The incriment and salary structure is average.
