This is honestly the best organization I ever worked at. The networking and growth opporunties are vast .While there can be high pressure and occasional overtime , its common in our field and the support and appreciation from management make it worth it.

The office, perks & salary is very good. Besides work, I have made many memories here with my team. The management even sets aside a budget for sports, and we use it to play box cricket.

Sometimes there is a lack of clarity because of issues between seniors and leaders.

The growth opportunities are good here as long as you are ready to learn, upgrade skills and focus on giving your best. The seniors are also approachable, open-minded and give proper guidance.

Earlier when I joined, this company was growing, the work culture was good due to less politics that I observed or experienced in other organizations. Salary was good, appraisals were exceptional. Overall nice and flexible environment.

Dislikes

In the present scenario, think not twice or thrice but five times before joining here. Now after the arrival of some CXOs, there is a lot of politics, forced work environment, very less learning opportunities, no facilities and most importantly no job security. As they are loosing projects day by day and not getting new ones, they are firing people like anything. All in all its a sinking ship.

It's an amazing experience to work with a team of hustlers. We all share a very strong team bond. While working on a common project, we work co-operatively which allows us to complete our assigned task within the asserted deadline. Terrible company policies. Time logging on 2 different places. No transparency in appraisal process, delayed by months without any notice or regrets from company. Employees opinion are never taken for any decision making, once decisions are made you have no choice but to accept it on Google form else HR will keep asking you to accept. If you ask questions about company policy your appraisal will be on the lower limit. Sellling fake dreams of sending you to founder club with added benefits, which club doesn’t exist it’s just lollipop for you to work more than 8 hours. Employees are asked not to take leaves and work even when you are on leaves for few hours in return of 80% of the days salary but you would only see it in December salary so it’s another lollipop for you to stay with this company. Word of advice for Successive, if you don’t want your employees to leaves your company don’t make policies because of which they won’t be able to leave company for some lollipops instead make policies so employees centric that they wouldn’t want to leave your company...Read More

I joined 2 years ago and its been a good experience of learning and growth . The work atmosphere is energetic and everyone here is ambitious and ready to help. We have an open-door policy and what I like most is free hand and control given over the projects without constant supervision. Can work at my own pace without any stress
