Only few get good work, otherwise neither salary is good nor the work they provide to rest of them is good. Too much internal politics. Company is in heavy debt. Many job losses can be seen in recent days.

Think culture depends on manager talking with sde perspective. I have luckily got two best manager so far (I wouldn't name) who has create unbelievably good cultures

Higher management change and chope a lot. Need more technical person at top who can take decission. One of their best manager has already left. And most experienced and capable software engineer I have ever seen has also decided to retire making some not very sound technical person holding position

I like the culture and recognition one would get here. Hence joined back as a manager again. You will have a lot of freedom, but you have to earn it. Give your best when you join here irrespective of your work/life balance. After 6 months are so… you would be noticed from top level management. One can learn a lot of things in terms of telecom domain knowledge. The company has potential to become a major player in telecom service domain.

Dislikes

Company culture is not good. Skill gap is very huge in the workforce, many technical people have nearly no technical expertise that creates a cascading effect. Pay and promotion is much lower than market standards.

- Huge product, awesome learning curve - very good exposure - management always open for ideas and suggestions ( ignore internal team politics) - flexible - Nice people around - product what they have has very few competitors. in the sense, its not something easy to build such a complex use cases, I always wish subex should go to greater heights.

- No proper hierarchy - many People not working for companies long term goal, just want to complete work for the sake of monthly release
