Company work culture is terrible specially in Treasury Department. No work life balance. Late sitting practices. No KRA, After joining will give you any random work with out any assistance or guidance or training. If you can work till 02 AM then join.

Seniors is only doing messaging in a group , Already they knows all problems .. As a electrical engineer I have not getted opportunity to learn electrical works. Only they provide non-technical works for their benefits.. Also they Hire engineers as a company contact basis. For this they spoil Engineer life..

Here, along with work, the employees are also taken care of and whenever new technology is introduced for jobs, it is used, which makes work easier and more convenient.

Here, there is a problem due to not coming on time for room rent etc.

Work is not structured properly. Reports are prepared manually even though they have SAP. But they don't have proper SOPs in place to help you. Senior management is good, But mid-level employees who have joined this organization as GETs, consider themselves as master of this world. Overall if you are looking for a good pay hike or if you are looking for a change, it's okay to work at Sterlite. But not a good organization to work in the long run....Read More

It is a great company with really bad people at leadership level. All good leaders have left the organization and only the worst talent remains which has now grown to such leadership positions. They are hell bent on driving the organization down.
