Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Company work culture is terrible specially in Treasury Department. No work life balance. Late sitting practices. No KRA, After joining will give you any random work with out any assistance or guidance or training. If you can work till 02 AM then join.
