-I worked here in dayshift. Good compensation. Great worklife balance. Incase of overtime, they will call you to works but they also paid me well around 1500 for a day. Low salary package, incentives is quarterly and so hard to get since every mistake you makes counts as a demerit amd would lessen what you would get. Appraisal is yearly but is a mockery since it is almost nothing compared to the heavy workload you get daily.

The company is only good in terms of incentives and overtime. Only people work there to get more money and everything else is not so approaching.

There is no job security. The company only think about there perspective but not trying to understand employees situation. CAP policy is very bad, we all are human beings and if we close 150 files on a daily basis than there is a chance of making an error in one of the file but the company don't understand that infact they deduct the amount with issuing CAP under which you loose your incentives, amount deduction, rating and it continues for the next 3months after that if we make 2 more errors in being under the CAP so after the third error or CAP the company ask us to resign. 😏 so there is no job security, they ask us to be so accurate that 3 such errors can put our job into risk....Read More
