I stayed with Sterling because i liked the work not because management is fantastic, infact it's something not to keep much expectation from. In my tenure of 3 years there was only 1 skip level meet and absolutely no meeting with HR to discuss problems within the company. Hike is average. Promotion is unlike every other company, be a good follower to management. Not very open to process related changes, to much work load and forceful over time is frustrating. There are lot of activities held. Our manager was very enthusiastic and made his team mates always ready to participate. It was fun. Work environment was good with the team I have worked with.

Overtime opportunity on every weekend is the leading and the person who are interested in earning extra income then Sterling is the best source for them on every weekend I use to earn minimum 3000 it goes to the end of the month up to 15000 to 20000 extra earning with free food when doing overtime. Sterling helped me a lot financially work environment is also very much good then other company, only the negative thing is Appraisal and promotion which people's oftenly suffers because of favouratism​, otherwise company is good employee gets home drop and pickup even in dayshift started from 2016 september. Cafeteria is also good only negative part is Anna's soda in food. I use to prefer diet food which is 15 rupee per plate. Shift hour is 9.5 now when I started working it was 10 hrs shift. Overall I would suggest if any one is interested in earning extra income apart from salary then sterling is the best source I worked in Back-office for almost 3 years.
