Please dont work with this company. Management and HR policy of the company are so pathetic. I'm regretting joing Sterling. They will ask you to work in overtime and harass you and torture you with work pressure and there is no growth if you can do buttering to your manager you are promoted or else you are in bad books of management. Management is so pathetic and very egoistic. There is a lot of politics and the management doesnt even address our issues. If you highlight the problem you will be highlighted on the floor and you will be in the bad books of management. Lot of salary issues, no bonus, no incentive. Hr policy is also worst HR is the one person whom we reach out to put our issues in front of them and afterwards they go to management and tell everything who has raised complaints who has highlighted the issue. Very pathetic no balancing of life. If you are working in sterling you not only work for 9.5 hours but you work for almost 12...13 hours daily. So you dont have time for your self. So there is no work life balance.

There are lot of activities held. Our manager was very enthusiastic and made his team mates always ready to participate. It was fun. Work environment was good with the team I have worked with.
