Had an fairly average experience working with the organisation. Career growth wise didn't have much to offer. Compensations are fairly decent but I felt there was too much emphasis on over time hindering the work and personal life balance.

Nothing to like about Sterling, anymore. The upper management doesn't have a clue what's happening a lower management level. They only see what's shown to them my reporting managers or whatever the managers want them to see.

Most skillful people will stay behind & idiots will go on, Management is not good enough (although, It will Vary dept. to dept) Do not go with this company, if you are looking for WFH. Supervisors & managers will bring their fav. puppet up instead of a knowledgeable & skillful person.
