I had a very good, supportive and motivating team leader. I think Naseer Shaikh deserves loads of praise and is one of the most calm person in Sterling. He is an asset to the company.
Dislikes
No floor activities due to work load even on the days there are system issues. I complained about a male team member for harassment on multiple times however I felt it was not dealt with seriously as he was a top performer so that was real let down from the company towards me.

-I worked here in dayshift. Good compensation. Great worklife balance. Incase of overtime, they will call you to works but they also paid me well around 1500 for a day. So thats a plus point.
-Best thing to learn about is the laws and regulations followed by US Jurisdictions, some knowledge about big crimes, small charges and court hearings.
-Normal Food plate is very cheap here. More than half of a plate charge is paid by company for the employees. But the food quality is not constant every day....Read More

-No Job security
-CAP policy. If you exceed doing errors, they will terminate you or will force you to resign
-Dynamic process updates will eat your brain
-Pressurizing employees to complete the target otherwise stretch the working hours (this is a current situation, last year it was good)
-Sycophancy and apple-polishing to gain advantage for promotions
-New management take over. Bad managing skills. No professionalism. Work culture is worst
-Nothing to learn new for future endeavour
-For a good performer they made me to work for two critical process simultaneously
