Nothing to like about Sterling, anymore. The upper management doesn't have a clue what's happening a lower management level. They only see what's shown to them my reporting managers or whatever the managers want them to see.

Well the company is awesome no doubt about that.. But people managing it lack people management skills.. I find them too aggressive.. Always ready to insult you.. No appreciation.. No involvement in ur personal growth.. To much of favouritism..& they lack compassion ..My PL sucks at his job and the reason why I'm looking out for a job is because if him....
