i am working as HR for sales and i have the option of work from home. people take work from home on a very lighter note. i have found many ofmy colleagues simply pass the time with no proper output, worse system generated analytical graph and even making blunders inspite of several references and induction. and these are the people who take the benefit of the annonimity of the platform and claim that they are not being paid with the intentions to spoil the image of the company. it is made very clear that there is certain trget for every one which defines your performance. and if you are making hirings on the basis of fake commitments just to attain your nos, sorry to say ut in that case you should be punished. Comming to the sales team, it is clearly stated the we ae not going to pay you untill and unless you come up with some numbers. zero isnot entertained. but some peple have time to make filthy comments. rather than utilizing it in some constructive task, wether pesonal or professional. it should be understood clearly that we will keep growing and developing. these faslse and baseless statements are not going to impact our growth as we are strong and equipped enough to prove our strength....Read More

i like the company offerings it offers very good margin upto 40% on products which makes the distributor satisfied and happy. it becomes easier for us to generate the referals and then achieve our targets. for the employees, the perks and benifits are very attractive. it pushes us to over achieve our targets so that the incentive may be claimed. overall good organisation

This is a good company My role is to resale the product of distributor. company commits a margin of upto 25%. our some products are being sold on somewhat heigher margins also. distributor doesnot need to interfere a lot in the business. the products comes with the marking of distributor name on every product. this ia a very good USP. Distributer feels special. i am happy to work in Sterling

As HR Recruiter am continuously engagaed in employment in multiple verticles and would like to address some important points. 1. For us as hr people, specially for those who choose to work from home, it is important to deliver the given targets. no doubt that exceptions are there ,but if there is consistant drop in the graph, it is an indicator that you are either not working or you do not deserve to be in the system. 2. for people who are working from office are required to remain present on all working days. people take leaves for silly reasons and then when revert comes from the management they start yelling like somthing and take the advantage of the annonymity of the platform. 3. for sales people, its clear "performance is the only parameter". it should be in line with your commitments during the interview....Read More
