Our Manager supports us in every possible way. people say he doest responds to calls. yes it happens but only when he is driving or in meeting which is obvious. second is the pay outs. this is a problem with ony those who are in probation, donot perform inspite of multiple warnigs andthen are fired from the job, specially due to their misbehaviours....Read More
