learning in the company was quite remarkble. i was guided a lot by my seniour on how to generate to converting and understanding the customers. i was new to electrical industry and so was my distributor. but this didnt impact my interview nd joinng. it became easire in the calculative manner.the products were sugested by my senioursand the secondary was taken case by the sales manager who was from electrical channel sales. and hence it becomes easier to achieve the target. it seems difficult in the begining however, trust me, if you put in the efforts honestly and time to time take your seniors advice, it will happen easily....Read More

Best thing is the team support. i have appointed more than 5 distributors. most of them are getting the product on credit. no big issues comming in. normal delays are there in some of the product deliveries. but completely depends on the sales projection. if the projection is given on time there are no issues but in case if the correct projection is not given, in the peak seasion the delivery generally gets delayed. resale of the product is very esy specially Fan, Just because of the quality if the product. Our retailors are also supportng us a lot as the margin given to them are better then he competitors. the service is very prompt to their customer.generally home service. the support in term of branding. but the backup support to the distributors are given on timely interval....Read More

i am working as HR for sales and i have the option of work from home. people take work from home on a very lighter note. i have found many ofmy colleagues simply pass the time with no proper output, worse system generated analytical graph and even making blunders inspite of several references and induction. and these are the people who take the benefit of the annonimity of the platform and claim that they are not being paid with the intentions to spoil the image of the company. it is made very clear that there is certain trget for every one which defines your performance. and if you are making hirings on the basis of fake commitments just to attain your nos, sorry to say ut in that case you should be punished. Comming to the sales team, it is clearly stated the we ae not going to pay you untill and unless you come up with some numbers. zero isnot entertained. but some peple have time to make filthy comments. rather than utilizing it in some constructive task, wether pesonal or professional. it should be understood clearly that we will keep growing and developing. these faslse and baseless statements are not going to impact our growth as we are strong and equipped enough to prove our strength....Read More

the company has a great support system. we are given enough independence to take the workresponsibility related decissions and we do so as well. while hiring any candidate we are strictly told to communicate all the terms and conditions and employment policy of the company. we hire the candidates only and only if the candidate agrees all our terms communicated to them over the recorded line and he or she confirms the same on the confirmation call. hwnce the companyis very particular about the fact that the candidate is aware of allthecorking terms and also agrees. we understand that at times it becomes difficult to accomplish the comited task in the said time frame . but when discussed properly we consider it and try to help them.
