As HR Recruiter am continuously engagaed in employment in multiple verticles and would like to address some important points. 1. For us as hr people, specially for those who choose to work from home, it is important to deliver the given targets. no doubt that exceptions are there ,but if there is consistant drop in the graph, it is an indicator that you are either not working or you do not deserve to be in the system. 2. for people who are working from office are required to remain present on all working days. people take leaves for silly reasons and then when revert comes from the management they start yelling like somthing and take the advantage of the annonymity of the platform. 3. for sales people, its clear "performance is the only parameter". it should be in line with your commitments during the interview....Read More

i am glad to be a part of this firm. this is no doubt a work oriented organisation. a learning environment is there. team work is great. we are always told to convey every point to the new comers in any department with complete transperency. we always get the motivation to grow and grab the promotions, there is no time bar for it. absolutely performance based .

I love the work culture. we have to perform as per the targets given and company requirements. but the salary, as some people mislead, is not target based. Its a fixed salary. but we have to be comitted to deliver. we get the option of work from home if rquired. So travelling to the hometown has become easier.

I am working from home as HR Executive for last 8 month.initially I was given the training and the hiring terms were clearly stated by the manager i.e. after a week's training/trail, it would be mandatory for me to attain the required target on a weekly basis. the queries were addressed really well. the software on which we are working is really user friendly and easy to understand and operate. it is nice working here. if we ignore some flaws its very comfortable working from home. and yes have got the comitted hike after the confirmation which was done in the third month of joining. I am thankfull to my management and seniours who trusted me, traind me and allowed me the freedom to take the decissions. I had a negative experience with this company due to poor management and unprofessional treatment of employees specifically. Unclear work assignment and inadequate training. Unprofessional HR department Unpaid wages and attendance issues Poor communication and management in work from home arrangement I caution others against working for this company.

This is the fake company. You can say worst company which don't pay to their employees any salary if they have worked for months or for years . They even treat their employees as salves not as part of the company. Never ever get trapped in such companies.
