...ts just to attain your nos, sorry to say ut in that case you should be punished. Comming to the sales team, it is clearly stated the we ae not going to pay you untill and unless you come up with some numbers. zero isnot entertained. but some peple have time to make filthy comments. rather than utilizing it in some constructive task, wether pesonal or professional. it should be understood clearly that we will keep growing and developing. these faslse and baseless statements are not going to impact our growth as we are strong and equipped enough to prove our strength.

...plus 5 star hotel stay to each of the candidate and customer which is very rare. over all a good package for people who are labourious. no room for those who join just to somehow pass the time in blaming the company policy and providing execused. if you had an issue you should not accept it during the interview or or during the confirmtion during the induction.

the company should take strict action against the people who are misleading. any one has reject the offer at the time of interview or at the time of confirmation call or even after joining oce you are given every detail after the induction. but no, these people willjoin and try to pass the time by makinng lame execuses and keep complaining about the policy (the was already explained) and when the organisation gets strict , they start makingcomments on social media nd misleading the people aroud. this should be taken seriously by the company.

...elf with this organisation. you can garb a chance and grow if you work honestly. however i as a team leader have seen people who simply sit back home and want the salary. this place is not meant for them. we are very closly monitered. we have the suppoprt system as well. but grabing an offer letter doesn't guaranty you money. hyou have to perform as per your comitment during the interview. i have seen many people coming in and going out in this company. we have to work to get paid. There is nothing free.

...k culture. we have to perform as per the targets given and company requirements. but the salary, as some people mislead, is not target based. Its a fixed salary. but we have to be comitted to deliver. we get the option of work from home if rquired. So travelling to the hometown has become easier.

This is the fake company. You can say worst company which don't pay to their employees any salary if they have worked for months or for years . They even treat their employees as salves not as part of the company. Never ever get trapped in such companies.
