the salary hike and during the joining and confirmation is good. but yearly increment 5 % se 8% milta h normally. Ye performance or commitment based hona chahiea. specially sales me.

the seniors are working with their juniours to provide them full support. this is the best i like about the company. the hr departmet are clearly and are strictly guided to clear the working norms and formalities before joining and during the interview only. this is to make sure that the candidate which we hire are completely ok with our terms and condition. and if somebody is not ok with the policy they may refuse to join in the interview only....Read More

the hiring in sales is a really tough job as we need to expalin a lot to the candidates and need to clear them strictly that the target is strict. comapny is not going to pay if the candidate has done no sales.

The policies are very transparent since the interview round one. they have zero tolerance for absence in the probation period as this is a continuous learning phase in the company.(unless there is an emergency) Unapproved 3 continuous absence leads to termination which is clearly mentioned in the offer letter as well. we, as HR recru iters are strictly told to convey the sales policy to all the sales employees during the first round of interview itself. people who agree to work on the given norms are required to proceed ahead further. there is no pressure of joining. acceptence and rejections are employees discretion. the sales hiring becomes tought at times because in sales they donot pay salary when sales value is zero/ nill during the probation period. (no such issue after confirmation). this norm is binding because its the testing time for the cantidates i.e. what they have comitted during the i nterview and what are they actually delivering. for HR, taking leave duing probation period is really a tough job...Read More

This is the fake company. You can say worst company which don't pay to their employees any salary if they have worked for months or for years . They even treat their employees as salves not as part of the company. Never ever get trapped in such companies.

good support . i was not able to go to the office. so my catalogues and pamplets were sent to my home via courier. our training was done online through zoom which helped me a lot to work in my area without visitng the company office in begining. After that i appointed my distributor and visited the office with him. All on companies c ost. in 3 months 2 distributors appointed. so target done . then i got the confirmation. now the goods are comming and the market is running good. salary date is 7 to 10. it should be 1. the products are comming in 7 to 10 days. which is long time. it should be immediate. the transit damage claim time is only 2 days from the delivery. increase it please . the replacemet pick up should be arranged by the company.

i am working for last more than 1 yr. it is not perfect but good place for people with clear vision. they pay sales people according to their sal. it is mandatory to achieve some min target in the probation. the the incentives in the probation period are great. at times half of my salary . so feels very good....Read More

it is mandatory to achieve the sales target in the probation. if the sales is zero in probation period (3 months) they do not pay. but once the confirmation is done, nothing like that happens. but after confirmation the incentive is less.
