Super culture... great perks and benefits... nice increments.. meant for those who work as per their commitments during the interview. people get in pain when they over commit during the interview to grab the job opportunity and are unable to perform. as the company clearly states that non performance i .e. absolute zero sales will not be tolerated. There is no problem with people who work as per their commitments. at sterling we get extensions as well if we want some time to prove ourselves. but for those who donot work at all and then claim the benefits, please understand not only this company, you wont be tolerated in any damn company in todays competitive world...Read More

the job here is challanging as well as promissing. you get paid for whatever you deliver. wether work from office or work from home, they will track every moment you spend in the market. the dispatch and hr are very slow operating people. sales staff are supportive. the benifts given to the distributors are great. but it is worthless to appoint dealers in the territory where there is no distributor. i have joined 4 months back and still observing the cmpany. but till now i have not faced any big issue here. the management supports the newly appointed staff as per the commitment during the interview. i have faced the interviw with hr and did the joining process in the office only. I was supported with samples. i saw the fan lighting and other samples. and i found them completely in comparision with the leading brands. while returning i got some samples as well to carry along. i was able to appoint the distributor after 30-32 days. As comitted by the company i was removed from the probation and got the confirmaion with 7% additional hike. The company is good for the ones who can take the responsibility of distributor appointment.but i have seen employees who have been terminated during the probation on the basis of non performance ....Read More
